2. Anarky
Anarky is a twelve year old boy who decides to become a vigilante to express his dissatisfaction at the government. Dressed in an extended costume that makes him look like an adult, he ends up crossing paths with (and exchanging blows with) Batman whilst out doing his thing. A skilled martial artist, Anarky is also incredibly intelligent, capable of computer hacking, inventing, and tactical planning and boasting a wide knowledge of philosophical and political issues. He would make for an incredibly different antagonist in comparison to anything we've seen before in Batman movies and could fill the void left by Catwoman as the anti-hero who, whilst fighting a similar cause to Batman, often finds himself clashing with the hero. He's also visually quite stunning in his costume - reminiscent of V (of
V For Vendetta fame) and would look very cool on screen.
