Captain America: Civil War - 10 Characters That Could Steal The Show

6. The Vision

Paul Bettany spent years as the disembodied voice of J.A.R.V.I.S., before transitioning to the physical side of the MCU in Avengers: Age Of Ultron. He€™s now just as powerful as any other Avenger, worthy of lifting Thor€™s mystic mallet Mjolnir, and is bound to make an impact in Civil War; he€™s intrigued audiences already, now it€™s time for The Vision to truly wow them. The last time he was on screen, The Vision was literally born yesterday. He was wide-eyed and totally earnest, without any whiff of a dark side or any descent against his creator-of-sorts Tony Stark. Captain America: Civil War should present his first real moral dilemma €“ should he side with Tony, or support his friends that don€™t wish to be controlled by the government? Rumours are already suggesting that The Vision could betray Tony, which could very well become a huge talking point drawing focus away from the main fight between Tony and Cap. Perhaps The Vision won€™t be happy handing his considerable capabilities over to government whims, and would rather function as an independent player. This could all hinge on how the government wishes to handle The Vision. Will they let a sentient android wander about freely, or would they rather stick him in a lab and experiment upon him? Only time will tell, but if it ends up being the latter option, The Vision could well kick off in major show-stealing fashion.
