The slimy weapons dealer was last seen absconding with a suitcase full of Pym Particles from Pym Tech, which sets him up to be a future thorn in someone's side. Based on what we know of his association with HYDRA, could we see Carson make an appearance at some point during the Civil War? With Baron Zemo and Crossbones set to feature, it looks like we're seeing the beginnings of a new version of HYDRA, streamlined and refocused with a new hierarchy - regardless of what Marvel's Agents Of S.H.I.EL.D. might have you think about Grant Ward being in charge. That said, Marvel wouldn't have anything major to gain by keeping actor Martin Donovan's name off of the official cast list, unless it's the briefest of brief cameos - but it'd be another cool way of tying Ant-Man further into the wider MCU.
