8. The Red Skull?
As spotted in our trailer breakdown, it looks like theres a character being held in a yellow chamber off to the side while Bucky, Cap and Iron Man are sharing a gritty fight scene. This set has the look of a HYDRA base, which - when you consider the Russian-looking emblems on goons' arms and all the wintery locations from elsewhere in trailer - could possibly be on Soviet soil. But why would the heroes fight at a Russian HYDRA base? Have they been drawn to the yellow-chamber dude? And who the heck is that anyway? Rumours have pointed to everyone from the Red Skull to a revived-by-questionable-methods Quicksilver, but there's also a strong chance that this could be a brand new character that fans haven't seen before (it could even be Daniel Brühl's Baron Zemo, who's been suspicious in his absence from the trailers thus far). It's pretty impossible to hedge a bet with full confidence here, in all honesty. It would be very cool if this is Red Skull, and that he's been kept alive here since HYDRA somehow located him after the events of Captain America: The First Avenger... but then it could be something else altogether.
