7. The Start Of Black Panther's Vendetta
In all the excitement of seeing his mad running skills and bulletproof suit in action, it was easy to miss the big tease about Black Panther's motivation that popped up briefly in the latest trailer. It looks like Chadwick Boseman's character - in his civilian persona as T'Challa - was caught up in superhero crossfire at some point. The shot of him screaming and ducking away from danger - intercut during the medley of destruction from the start of the trailer - implies that Black Panther has witnesses the destructive capabilities of superhero fights up close. The editing seems to suggest that this is the United Nations explosion from The Winter Soldier that he's cowering from, and unlike War Machine that's probably the case. It would be easy to establish his backstory via a quick flashback, but this suggests it's going to be better linked into the wider conflict.
