The Justice League panel at DC FanDome wasn't quite as revealing as expected, but it does appear the movie now has a title: Justice League: The Snyder Cut (clearly, legal issues ended up making "Zack Snyder's Justice League" an impossibility). However, along with that stunning first trailer, the filmmaker was on hand to elaborate on how his director's cut will be released.

The plan is for his Justice League to be released in four one-hour instalments on HBO Max next year, and once that's done, Snyder indicated that there will be a way for fans to view the movie as the four-hour epic he intended. Chances are that's how he would have liked to release The Snyder Cut, but it makes sense to stretch it out over a series of weeks in order to attract new subscribers.

For fans overseas (where HBO Max is not available), Snyder promised there are plans for Justice League to be distributed, so it's likely heading to another streaming platform. In the UK, Sky Atlantic is one likely destination given the ongoing business relationship between Sky and HBO.
