3. Spider-Man/Peter Parker (Sort Of)

Now, this one is arguably the most complex in terms of rights, thanks to Marvel and Sony sharing Spider-Man's rights on a limited basis, but stranger things have certainly happened.

Deadpool and Spidey have history in the comics, not least because Rob Liefeld used him as part-inspiration for Deadpool (as well as Wolverine) and they share a love/hate relationship that really deserves to be seen on screen sooner or later. Why not make that a little cameo in Deadpool 2? The fans would go wild for it.

And really, there is a way of selling the idea of a Spider-Man cameo without making it a Spider-Man cameo - thanks to Andrew Garfield. There's no reason why Garfield couldn't appear now that he's not Peter Parker, with 'Pool throwing some vocal barbs or other at him for effect.
