Every James Bond Girl Ranked From Worst To Best

Solange (Caterina Murino), who is trapped in a loveless marriage with side-villain Alex Dimitrios (Simon Abkarian), was Daniel Craig's first Bond Girl and she was absolutely fine. She doesn't exactly do very much, but she did have chemistry with Bond and her death scene was well-judged too.

Bond uses her for information and when he discovers she's been murdered by some of Le Chiffre's henchmen as retribution for giving Bond information, he does look genuinely upset and remorseful about it (although, being the emotionally closed-off man that he is, he tries to hide it) and her death represents a huge failure for him.

Admittedly, Solange is perhaps more of a plot device than a character but nonetheless, at least the film makes you care about her fate.
