16. Loki (2021)
One of the first MCU series to debut on Disney+, Loki has Tom Hiddleston's God of Mischief take centre stage and attempts to fill in some of the time-bending plot holes left by Avengers: Endgame.
At the centre of the story stands Hiddleston's best performance to date, as well as some deliriously fun supporting turns from the likes of Owen Wilson, Sophia De Martino and Richard E. Grant, who all emphasise the inventive genius of the show's structure and outlandishness.
Innovative, daring, and bursting with exquisite world-building and an astonishing final twist, Loki may spend a bit too long in its final moments teasing the future of the MCU, rather than focussing on the character development its core players deserve, but even so its flaws aren't enough to overshadow its countless high points.
