In the pages of Amazing Spider-Man #1, the young Peter Parker battled the Chameleon and also attempted to join the Fantastic Four. They turned him down, but the web-slinger would go on to become best friends with the Human Torch and even serve as a member of the team for a while when Johnny Storm was believed dead.

Basically, Spidey is now part of the Fantastic Four's extended family, and that means next December's Spider-Man 3 could very easily be the place we meet these heroes for the first time. It wouldn't have to be a major role, but even a cameo would work, and the fugitive superhero butting heads with them in the middle of Manhattan at some point would be a true sight to behold.

Honestly, it wouldn't even have to be the entire team because a Spider-Man/Human Torch team-up could work to establish the idea of the Fantastic Four being part of the Marvel CInematic Universe, while also introducing a new friendship for Spidey which would lead to him appearing in their reboot.
