4. I Wish It Could Be Christmas Everyday - Wizzard
Recorded by British glam rock band Wizzard, "I Wish It Could Be Christmas Everyday" was first released in December 1973 and was written by Roy Wood. Despite the song being very much loved it has never reached any higher than the number four spot on the UK Singles Chart.
The song was written by Roy Wood who also happened to be one of the founding members of the Electric Light Orchestra. ELO gained a whole new fan base thanks to the inclusion of their hit song, Mr Blue Sky, with the release of 2017's second Guardians film. Needless to say, any fan of ELO would very much enjoy the inclusion of Wizzard in the Christmas special.
