2. Yondu And Nebula Are Good Guys Now

Well, maybe "good" is the wrong word here, but it certainly looks like the rumours that the two blue characters from the original, who were basically secondary antagonists (despite Yondu's more heroic leanings) are going to switch sides and join the Guardians.

Quite what the motivation would be for that remains to be seen. Yondu would be easy enough to write, as he's likely to do whatever profits him best and aligning with the team he thinks is going to win whatever battle they're fighting makes perfect sense. He also has a vaguely paternal link with Quill and it would be great if it turns out Star Lord perversely thinks of him as his real Dad when it turns out the other is a super-deadbeat.

Nebula on the other hand is more complex: she already flipped allegiance in the first film to align with Ronan rather than her father, but now he's gone she's a lone wolf. Even if she realises she's better off being a good guy, it's hugely unlikely that the team (particularly her sister) will actually trust her enough to work with her. So we can definitely expect suspicions of insurrection and betrayal as a key plot point, I'd say.
