4. ...As Will Hawkman And Hawkgirl
While Justice League is expected to tell a great story about the central crew of heroes, it's also expected to setup future movies, characters and events, in order to keep pushing the DCEU forward and keep fans excited.
The film doesn't need to devote entire subplots to this, or even acknowledge the fact that it's setting another character up; background cameos, subtle references and things that aren't said can work just as well as gratuitous exposition.
This is essentially what Reddit user CentricAE is suggesting will happen in Justice League, with one scene slyly introducing us to two additional heroes; Hawkman and Hawkgirl.
The theory mentions that, in the background of the below scene, you can see white-winged people flying through the air battling the Parademons (look in the top-right corner of the shot of the jumping Amazonian).
CentricAE thinks this might be our introduction to Hawkman/Hawkgirl, and while this might sound like a weak way to set up two great characters, we can totally see this happening.
The movie doesn't need a giant neon sign pointing to Hawkman, and it doesn't need to beat us over the head with Hawkgirl references; by simply featuring them in a battle sequence (but never referring to them by name), the characters are effortlessly established in the universe, ready to be used in future movies.
