Who? A time-traveler from the year 11,960 who found a diary claiming he would defeat the Justice League of America.
Why We Won't See Him... In the year 11,960, Xotar obtained the diary of Snapper Carr, regular dude and friend to the Justice League. The diary claimed that Xotar successfully destroyed the Justice League after traveling back in time and using an all-power weapon, though the diary was damaged just enough to obscure the specific information. Ignoring the fact that Xotar probably didnt even know about the Justice League, as they existed exactly 10,000 in the past, he somehow resolved to travel in time to fulfill his destiny. Unfortunately for Xotar, the Justice League kicked his ass ten ways from Sunday. Later, it was revealed that Xotar had misread the diary, which actually told of his epic defeat at the hands of the Justice League.
