13. Deathlok (Pro-Registration)

Deathlok has become a pretty key character in the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. television series and it seems a shame to limit him to television appearances only - especially in the event of a Civil War storyline. As someone who has fought alongside Phil Coulson and his team - and someone who appreciates the efforts said team have put in to helping him - he would undoubtedly fight at their side on the pro-registration team. Given his cyborg nature, Deathlok - AKA Mike Peterson - needs to feel like he belongs somewhere and making his superheroism official by virtue of signing the Superhuman Registration Act would certainly help to make that sense of belonging happen.
