While Trish Jarvis (Kimberley Beck) served as the de facto final girl of Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter, she's a character who ultimately is overshadowed by her younger brother Tommy.

Tommy would go on to have a three-film run up against Jason Voorhees - well, two against Jason, one against Roy Burns - and that all began here in The Final Chapter. For Trish, she had to be on her toes to protect herself and her sibling as this fourth Friday the 13th offering spotlighted a more aggressive, fast-moving Jason than ever seen before or since.

Extremely resourceful and able to remain calm in the face of adversity (see: a pissed-off Jason Voorhees), Trish is able to put a plan in place to barricade the doors and windows of the Jarvis abode when Jason comes a-calling in the final act. When confronted with the hockey mask-adorned killer, she's even able to crack a monitor over his head in order to keep this hulking figure at bay.

As alluded to, it would then come down to Corey Feldman's Tommy Jarvis to 'kill' Jason in The Final Chapter, with the youngster maniacally hacking this killer up with a machete.
