5. The Vulture Returns

Of all of Marvel's post-credits scenes, the one involving Michael Keaton's Vulture safeguarding Peter Parker's identity from Michael Mando's Mac Gargan is up there with the very best.

Keaton's character, like Daniel Brühl's Zemo and Michael B. Jordan's Killmonger, is a nuanced, engaging villain who actually has a point to make. It doesn't make their methods any less excusable of course, but in providing the definition of a complex villain, these three in particular represent the gold standard.

With that in mind, and in light of his refusal to disclose Peter's true identity, wouldn't it be fantastic to see Adrian Toomes again? This isn't to say that he should necessarily suit up again, but it would be a nice callback to the first film to dwell on his attempts to safeguard Peter even when he lost so much in the end.

Apart from Loki, and perhaps Red Skull, Marvel have a problem with refusing to reuse older characters. With one now gone for good, and the other unlikely to return, what better time to bring the Vulture back?
