4. The Bounty Hunter Wars
A trilogy of novels that follow Boba Fett in his encounter with the Bounty Hunter Guild. The film adaption would get to show off characters only glimpsed in the original trilogy such as Bossk, IG-88, and Dengar among others. By showing the constant backstabbing and violence inherent in the Bounty Hunting world, the Bounty Hunter Wars would offer a more complex view of the Star Wars universe where there isn't a clear definition of who is right or wrong. Most importantly it would center on the best minor character in the Star Wars universe as Boba Fett would square off with some of the most dangerous inhabitants in the galaxy. Just the fact that it would show Boba Fett at his best - earning onscreen redemption for the way he seemed to go out in ROTJ - is enough to make the Bounty Hunter Wars one of the best EU properties to adapt.
