5. Benicio Del Toro's DJ Won't Share Scenes With Leia
The Information: When asked how The Last Jedi will pay homage to the late Carrie Fisher, Benicio del Toro stated that he "didn't get the opportunity to work with her" and that "the film itself will do that [pay homage to her]".
Translation: Leia and DJ will not share any scenes together.
Why It's A Spoiler: DJ has been described as a bit of a loose cannon, as a character who doesn't fight for good or for evil - he just fights for the highest bidder.
But if he were to fight for the good guys - i.e. the Resistance - wouldn't he eventually meet Leia, one of the Resistance's driving forces? Is the revelation that DJ and Leia will not meet an indication that DJ won't really mingle with the Resistance, because he's actually conspiring against them?
This aside, the simple fact that the two won't share screen time is a minor spoiler in and of itself. While watching a movie it's easy to play little guessing games - this character will go here, this character will do this - but now one possible scenario has been taken off the table.
