5. Maz Kanata

The true limit of Maz Kanata's powers - and indeed how they've come to be - are still something of a mystery in this universe. Saying she's basically the new Yoda probably isn't too far from the truth.

Basically, Maz has been around forever (or as close to forever as anyone should care to count) and is a Force sensitive character who has traditionally positioned herself as a watcher of the universe, rather than a guiding influence like the Jedi and the Sith. She may have chosen not to be trained on either the dark or light side of the Force, but she has a particularly strong connection and is able to see things beyond sight.

And on top of her more mentally-based powers, one deleted scene in The Force Awakens would have shown that she was capable of wielding Force powers, as she collapsed a ceiling onto stormtroopers to protect herself and Rey. It might have been cut, but it can still be counted as a canonical confirmation of her powers.
