20. Morena Baccarin
Morena Baccarin would already have been fairly well known to science fiction fans when she appeared as the adult version of Adria in Stargate SG-1's tenth season, as she had previously appeared as Inara Serra in Joss Whedon's Firefly and Serenity.
After her story concluded in The Ark of Truth, she would go on to appear in both Deadpool and Deadpool 2 as Vanessa, Wade Wilson's girlfriend. She also appeared in the first two seasons of Homeland as Jessica Brody, a role for which she received an Emmy nomination. She would later appear as Dr. Leslie Thompkins in Gotham.
She is of Brazilian descent and appeared in her first role in a Brazilian series, Sessão de Terapia, in 2019. In 2019, she, together with other artists, lawyers, advocates and refugees, took part in the Flores Exhibits project.
