Suicide Squad: 13 Biggest Questions We Want Answered

9. Is Scott Eastwood Really Lt. GQ Edwards?

Suicide Squad Joker Questions
Warner Bros.

Scott Eastwood's character has been the subject of a lot of mystery and theorising, since he's one of the main cast members who didn't have his role revealed for a long time.

Now he's apparently going by the name Lt. GQ Edwards in the movie, a new character rather than one taken from the comics. And that may well be the case, but with a fair bit of mystery surrounding him, it's not surprising that talk continues to swirl of him being someone else.

There have been suggestions he'll be Slade Wilson, who becomes Deathstroke; Roy Harper, who becomes Arsenal; or perhaps Dick Grayson, who becomes Nightwing. While it'd be cool to have those characters in the film world, there's still a good chance he really is just playing Edwards, a lieutenant who helps out Rick Flag on the mission, but we'll have to wait to know for sure.
