Suicide Squad: 25 Biggest Questions Left By The Dumbest DCEU Movie Yet
9. Why Did Rick Flagg Have Deadshot's Daughter's Letters?
Essentially suicide mission kit: gun, ammo, camo, armour, headset, neck bomb iPhone controller, letters from the daughter of one of the deadly criminals in your care. One of those items doesn't add uo, and it's not that army camo in a city at night is highly ineffective.
Yup, Rick Flag carries around Deadshot's daughter's letters to her father for the entire mission for no clear reason. Was he hoping he and the master marksman would bond and he'd be able to solidify their new bromance with a show of understanding? This is stated as a one-way mission, right (that's it, huh, some kind of Suicide Squad?), so what worth was there in holding them back? It's not like Enchantress' heart - Floyd doesn't get stronger the nearer he is to them.
Also, let's just take a moment to take in the ridiculousness of writing a letter a day. There's love and then there's inane screenwriting.
