15. Deadshot's One Shot Kills On The Eyes
When the Squad first encounter the God-awful Eyes Of The Adversary (no more than cannon fodder, pretty much pointless in any substantial narrative way), it becomes immediately clear that they can't be killed off very easily.
As Amanda Waller later mentions with a gleam in her eye, Enchantress is basically making an army of soldiers who could be shot in the head and still carry on fighting. This is very much established by the sequence that sees the Eyes relentlessly coming forward despite being punched, slammed, shot and hit with swords.
But then, just when Deadshot needs a hero shot, the rule is washed away as he stands on top of a cop car and takes a load of them down with single shots to the head. It's absolutely hollow, since they've clearly been handicapped for effect.
