5. The Bat-Family

Another key part of the Batman mythos has been, for a while now, family. Across all media, Bruce is constantly surrounded by the likes of Nightwing, Red Hood, Red Robin, Robin, Batgirl and Batwoman (just to name a few). These allies have helped Bruce get through countless dark times and help to remind him of the “man” part of Batman.

Also, with a Batgirl film in pre-production, it would make sense for DC to introduce the character sooner rather than later (whether she is just Barbara Gordon or a fully-fledged vigilante); and with a universe in which Bruce's time as Batman is yet to be defined, it would be foolish to think that he has no allies to call on, especially if Reeves' Batman is a veteran crimefighter.
