3. Thor Has Entered The Battle – Avengers: Infinity War
It is quite incredible just how much Infinity War managed to cram into just one movie. There are plenty of iconic moments that could be considered the best, from Thanos' snap, to Cap standing up to the Mad Titan, to Doctor Strange and Iron Man's reluctant team-up.
The top of the list, however, has to be Thor's spinetingling entrance to the battlefield in Wakanda and reunion with his fellow Avengers. Thanos had killed his best friend, killed his brother, destroyed the peaceful Asgardian ship and left him floating through space to die, giving the God of Thunder more reason than most to wish the Mad Titan dead.
After this, he had been kept away from the fight, instead journeying to Nidavellir to forge a Thanos-killing weapon before engaging the MCU's big bad. His entrance changed the entire battle, as one of the strongest beings in the universe joined with a vengeance against Thanos, ready to kill him.
Just like in Thor: Ragnarok, this scene was epic, as Stormbreaker flew around the battlefield, killing Thanos' Outriders with ease - though instead of Led Zeppelin, this was one of the few instances in the movie that the Russo brothers chose to utilise the legendary Avengers music.
