The Single Biggest Mistake Each Fast & Furious Film Has Made

2. Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw - It's Far Too Overlong (Again)

Thor: Love and Thunder
Universal Pictures

With an utterly hilarious screenplay, cracking action sequences, possibly the franchise's best female character (the ever-great Vanessa Kirby), a strong villain (played by Idris Elba) and two completely brilliant lead performances from Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham, Hobbs and Shaw is a gloriously entertaining action comedy.

It seems to have divided fans a bit, but if you just accept that this is a very different kind-of Fast and Furious film, chances are you'll have a great time with it.

But it is dragged down by being longer than it needed to be - yet again!

There was no need for this to be over two hours long and at least 15 minutes could've been lost without harming the film at all. The movie is still an absolute ton of fun, but it is kind-of exhausting at times and chances are you'll feel quite burned out with it by the end.
