7. Odin

Prediction: Dies

He might basically be God, but he's too powerful to stick around.

Why?

When Thor: Ragnarok kicks off, Odin will be lost on Earth pretending to be a hobo, seemingly unaware of who he is thanks to Loki's deceptions in The Dark World. It's partly his absence that leads to Hela's escape (though whether she will possess part of his soul as in the comics remains to be seen), and that has to be the catalyst for Loki realising his error (since he goes to Earth looking for Odin with Thor).

Unfortunately for Odin, he's a way too powerful character to be fully revived with Thanos' assault on the universe hurtling forward. Were Odin to be restored, Thor couldn't lose (it's easy to forget, but Odin is basically one of the top 3 most powerful figures in the entire multiverse), and in the longer term, Thanos couldn't get his hands on any of the Infinity Stones.

He's in the way, and that will be rectified in Ragnarok.
