"The big green guy is more fun here than he’s ever been on the big screen, alternating his tone between being a sulky brat and the raging monster we’ve long known and loved...And as a visual effect, Hulk looks the best he ever has, with the performance-capture technology coming a long way even in the two years since he was last seen in Avengers: Age of Ultron." - IGN
"Fans will be satisfied at the most fleshed-out performance of Hulk we’ve yet had in this Marvel universe." - The Guardian
"Oh right, the Hulk is back too. Ragnarok works him into the story in a way that’s both original and exciting, and his relationship with Thor also helps keep the film centered." - Gizmodo

Though many fans want to see a standalone Hulk movie, Kevin Feige seems pretty hell-bent on keeping him a feature attraction of sorts in other people's movies.

Well, Ragnarok seems to confirm how smart a decision that is, because The Hulk's role in this movie has been deemed to be even more entertaining than his fantastic part in the original Avengers.

The visual effects, Ruffalo's performance and the two-hander between the big green guy and Thor is said to make this the best-ever screen showing for the character, which is saying quite a lot indeed.
