The Terminator
The Movie: This is the movie that put Arnold on the map, and although its direct sequel is probably the most remembered in the franchise this is the one that made his catchphrase famous! He didnt lie when he said hed be back, and following this movie we got him for another thirty years...and counting! In the movie Arnold plays the villain, which across his career was a very rare occurrence. That was a shame really, because although we all love his charm and catchphrases he made a very convincing and frightening cyborg killing machine who was just as emotionless as he was unstoppable. Sent back in time, Arnold as The Terminator was relentless in his mission to hunt down and kill Sarah Connor. Sarah, an unsuspecting waitress wasnt to know that in the future she would be the mother of John Connor, a man who would lead the human resistance to defeat Skynet, an artificial intelligence created by man, but who saw the human race as threat that must be wiped out.
What It Says About You: You think this is the best of the Terminator films because it was a horror, and thought the others that followed were sell outs to the masses for incorporating more action and humour. This is a serious film, and youre a serious person. Youre no nonsense and straight to the point.
