Zack Snyder's Justice League: 10 New Characters We'll See In The Snyder Cut

Almost all of Henry Cavill's scenes in Justice League were from reshoots, and that means everything from the method of his resurrection to what state he's in when he does return is likely to be different in Snyder's movie. The filmmaker has confirmed that the Man of Steel will don his black suit upon his return, and that alone points to a very different take on the character.

Something Whedon was tasked with when he took charge of the DC Comics adaptation was restoring hope to Superman, and bringing him back in line with his comic book counterpart. Snyder's eventual plan was for the hero to fall under the control of Darkseid, and that's definitely something which could end up factoring into this director's cut.

As a result, not only will fans get to see the Black Suit Superman from the comic books, but also a Man of Steel who potentially has a very different personality and outlook. If Snyder chooses to remove references to a sequel which is never going to happen, things could change, but it's possible this potentially villainous Superman will finally make his presence felt in the "Snyder Cut."
