10 Amazing Video Game Rewards Stupidly Locked Behind 100% Completion

4. Prowler's Profit - The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

Assassin's Creed Valhalla
Bethesda

The search for Barenziah’s crown is one of the most infamous quests in Skyrim. Not only does it require you to get involved with every faction and group under the sun, it also sends you on a wild goose chase, looking for the missing crystals scattered all over Skyrim. By the time you finish this quest, you’ve basically done everything there is to do in the game.

Needless to say, most players likely skipped this mission on their first run. However, those who were mad enough to attempt it know the tremendous disappointment of discovering that your reward for embarking on this epic journey across all of Skyrim was Prowler’s Profit—a measly little perk that let you find more gems in chests and urns.

Now, by itself, Prowler’s Profit isn’t a terrible perk. In fact, if the player could just obtain it earlier, it would be a really useful ability for those looking to level up their smithing by making their own jewellery or for those who simply want to earn a lot of gold. However, since you get it after essentially beating the whole game, this otherwise nifty perk is rendered completely useless.
