10 Amazing Video Games You Can Get For Under £5
10. Destiny
OK, let's address the elephant in the room first: Destiny was a disappointment. A huge, crushing disappointment that promised so much and delivered so little.
So how come it is the first entry on this list? Well, Destiny has changed a lot in the time since it was first released, and it turns out that a lot of the promises made are actually being kept; we just didn't realise it was on a DLC basis. Now you could spend forever being annoyed at Bungie for not delivering straight away, or you could jump on the bandwagon right now for less than a fiver!
The fact is that Destiny is not the worst game in the world - far from it in fact. The graphics are outstanding, the gunplay is solid, and the loot system is insanely addictive. Unfortunately this was a case of the product not matching the hype, but that is not to say it isn't an enjoyable experience.
Bungie also seem to be delivering on their promise of building a universe from the base game, with the latest expansion, Rise of Iron, releasing just over a month ago to fairly positive reviews. There are also another three expansion packs to sink your teeth into which expand on the gameplay and the story if you buy into it. And if you don't, hey, it only cost £5.
