8. Sergeant Arch Dornan - Fallout 2

A happy drill sergeant is pretty much an oxymoron, so it's no surprise Sergeant Arch Dornan is far from a pleasant man. Stationed at the Enclave base in Navarro, from the second you meet him to the second you leave his presence you're going to get an ear full. Not a single line of dialogue comes from Dornan in a calm manner. Instead Dornan will scream your ear off, tell you how worthless you are and comment on just how big of a "mo-ron" you truly are. It's hard to imagine the guy has ever said a nice thing about a single person in his entire life.

If by some chance you manage to interact with Dornan after he has given you a direct order be prepared for an even angrier tirade than before - such as if he sees you not wearing your Enclave uniform in the form of Advanced Power Armor. He'll once again tell you just how much of a "mo-ron" you are and you're a disgrace to the Enclave. At this point, it wouldn't be surprising if Gunnery Sergeant Hartman from Full Metal Jacket was hidden away underneath that armor.

If Dornan's interactions weren't so scare he would be higher on this list, and he might have been remembered a lot more by the gaming world as one of the angriest men to ever be included in a video game.
