1. "Skyrim Grandma" Will Be An NPC In The Elder Scrolls VI

Though Bethesda's upcoming Elder Scrolls sequel is clearly still several years away from its next-gen release, they've already made the heart-warming confirmation that popular, 82-year-old YouTuber Shirley Curry - aka "Skyrim Grandma" - will be added into the game as an NPC.

Curry, who has more than 550,000 YouTube subscribers, recently had her likeness scanned for inclusion in The Elder Scrolls VI, though the precise nature of her character currently remains unknown.

It's a well-deserved reward for Curry, who posts several videos a week detailing her journey through Skyrim, and has amassed a huge fanbase in the process.

Fingers crossed she plays a sage old lady dispensing advice to the player, because who else could she possibly be playing?

Given Bethesda's enormous PR stumbles in recent months, it sure is nice to hear something wholesome coming out of the company.
