10 Backwards Compatible Xbox 360 Games Microsoft Are Ignoring

9. Sonic Generations

Considering the fact that Sonic Generations was arguably the last good Sonic game, it's weird that Microsoft haven't included it in the backwards compatible lineup.

Sonic Generations managed to combine the best bits of Modern Sonic, whilst also injecting the classic gameplay elements that old-school fans love. The game was extremely well received (especially when compared to other Sonic games), leading fans to believe that Sonic might finally be making a return to form.

So why isn't Sonic Generations backwards compatible? Almost every other Sonic the Hedgehog game is currently backwards compatible on Xbox One, but Sonic Generations still isn't. It could be due to the fact that the upcoming Sonic Forces acts almost like a sequel to Generations, which might make Generations seem a little redundant.

Sonic fans would definitely argue otherwise however, and Sonic Generations is still one of the most requested games to receive the backwards compatible status.
