After the triple-A catastrophe of Aliens: Colonial Marines, the Aliens franchise needed to be put into a more stable environment, and they were sent all the way back into an arcade cabinet that somehow had more polish than something made for the Xbox 360.
Players of this hardcore shooter would put in their loose change and pick up a plastic gun, only to be taken barrel-first through a four-chapter never-ending bug hunt on earth, either going it alone or with a friend.
The game was officially licensed and received decent reviews for something found next to an air-hockey table and a mini basketball hoop, this arcade game made its (most likely very young) players feel like a well-armed badass marine.
