With its unique art style, The Walking Dead told the unforgettable story of Lee Everett as he's on his way to prison when the zombie outbreak occurs.

After crashing in a cruiser and making his way to a random house, Lee meets up with Clementine and thus began a rather iconic relationship. From there we meet a whole cast of characters including Kenny and his family, Lily and her pig-headed father, plus others. The group stick together at a motel to try and weather the storm, but are forced to move on when they realise the nightmare isn't going to end.

Following a horrific time at a farm, some in-fighting and a train ride to Savannah, Lee helps Clementine find her deceased parents. Clementine is then forced to kill Lee in one of gaming's most tear-jerking moments.

It was the heartbreaking culmination of a series so deeply affecting, it helped Telltale Games become such a powerhouse in the industry.
