If you take a look at the caliber of games released by BioWare, it's hard to not come away impressed. From the classic RPG Baldur's Gate all the way to their epic space series Mass Effect, BioWare has always been one to change with the times and see what their customers want. Their games tend to focus on player choice, something they started perfecting with Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, where you could choose between the light side or the dark side. This concept of good vs. evil continued with the Mass Effect trilogy, and is likely something they'll continue to evolve with Dragon Age: Inquisition. BioWare has always been backed by a stellar crew of storytellers, all of them with a sharp sense of structured skills and abilities. Though gamers are divided on the conclusion to the Mass Effect trilogy, it seems to be common consensus among everyone that the second instalment had some of the best writing ever put forth in a game. BioWare may be game developers, but they're also storytellers at heart, and you can see that in every game they make. Their addictive gameplay mechanics are a perfect balance to the epic stories being told, allowing them to create games that have the best of both worlds.
