10 Better Games That Were Secretly Hidden In Video Games

9. The Majima Saga - Yakuza Kiwami 2

The Yakuza franchise enjoyed a major uptick in popularity following the western release of Yakuza 0 in 2017, with many especially taken by the presence of larger-than-life co-protagonist Goro Majima, enough that some ultimately deemed him a more fun and interesting character than series mascot Kazuma Kiryu.

Many players new to the series were disappointed, then, by Majima's scaled-back presence in the two Yakuza Kiwami games, which were remakes of the first two Yakuza titles.

Sega seemingly anticipated this, then, as they added a new story scenario, The Majima Saga, to Kiwami 2 - a two-hour mini-campaign in which players once again control Majima.

Ultimately, however, this just reminded fans how much they miss Majima when he's not around, and how desperately they want Sega to produce a Majima-centric Yakuza game.

Though the series seems to be moving past both Kiryu and Majima with the Like a Dragon era, Sega are straight-up leaving money on the table by not letting us play as the series' Unhinged King for an entire game.
