9. Final Fantasy X Sin
Final Fantasy X was the last game in the series I ever played. Growing up, I played through each one not disliking what was happening before my eyes, but upon completion not really feeling any sense of achievement - you know, like opening a jam jar. Apart from a few stand out moments in the franchise, each story blends into one huge grey mass that's kind of hard to differentiate. However, one boss that I do remember vividly, was Sin from Final Fantasy X. I remember Sin was this monstrous being flying round space and time, and I was only a blonde haired nancy boy. After hours of grinding through dull turn-based combat there he was... in all his sinful glory. Sure, I had taken down some pretty large enemies in FFX, but this one took the cake. For for something so vast, it didnt really do anything, and he just took a huge amount of damage like I was trying to bring down a brick wall with a spoon. And, then after what seemed like a lifetime, I was treated to a cut scene and an abrupt ending. I truly felt hurt that something that looked like one of the most difficult and bloodcurdling battles in the series was nothing more than a staring match with a piece of paper. And, that was all my little heart could take.
