10 Biggest Gaming News From Comic-Con 2014

1. The Walking Dead Season 3 Confirmed

Speaking of post-apocalyptic video games, the best news of this year's Comic-Con was the announcement that Telltale's The Walking Dead will be receiving a third season. While not unexpected, it's great to see the continued support of one of the most narratively consistent video game franchises on the market. Robert Kirkman, creator of The Walking Dead and Telltale made the announcement during one of the panels, though they refused to go into any detail regarding Season 3. As such, it's unknown whether Clementine will be the main protagonist, or whether she'll be featuring in the game at all. It's been a busy couple of years for Telltale, who are also working on The Wolf Among Us, Tales from the Borderlands, a Game of Thrones adventure series and, of course, the finale of The Walking Dead Season 2.
