3. Rapper Lupe Fiasco Beats World's Best Street Fighter V Player
If you're into the eSports scene then the name Daigo Umehara will be as familar to you as Cristiano Ronaldo to a football fan or, errr, Michael Jordan or someone to a basketball fan. Umehara is recognised as one of the world's best Street Fighter players, and even holds a Guinness world record for being the most successful ever player in Street Fighter tournaments.
Then up steps rapper and Street Fighter fan Lupe Fiasco to take part in an exhibition match against Umehara. Fiasco is clearly a decent player and gets off to a good start, but finds himself down 2-1 in a best of 5 match. After a short break and a quick word with his coach, Fiasco storms back to smash Umehara and win the match 3-2 (though he didn't seem to realise he won until about 20 seconds later).
Of course, this was just an exhibition, and plenty of people questioned whether the match was in fact staged, or whether Umehara was undone by his lack of experience in the new Street Fighter V. We may never know...
Much though everyone would love a rematch, Fiasco (probably wisely) announced his retirement, keeping his 100% 1-0 record intact forever.
