10 Brutal Video Game Fighting Moves You Won’t Believe Exist
5. The Piggsy Chainsaw Takedown - Manhunt
There are few moments as uniquely bizarre as your takedown of the final boss of Manhunt.
After chasing (and being chased) by an unstable man in a pig mask for a good ten minutes, performing stealth attacks along the way, you're finally given a way to take Piggsy out.
Luring the berserker pig-man onto a fragile grate has him break through it - although instead of falling to the ground below, he clings onto a ledge for dear life. However, you've just grabbed his chainsaw, and thus you gain the ability to brutally chop his arms off, which is some pretty huge overkill given you could have just stood on his hands.
After having played a messed up game of hide-and-stab with this porcine psycho, though, you likely only feel relieved to see him go. Or possibly just a little sad, too - because dropping a serial killer off a three-story building by lopping his hands off is going to make every other murder you do feel slightly less impressive.
While Manhunt 2 had perhaps more gruesome moves, it will never quite match the sheer untamed lunacy of this particular final blow. And maybe that's a good thing.
