10 BRUTAL Video Games (Where You Don't Have To Kill Anybody)

6. Fallout New Vegas

final fantasy 7 remake
Bethesda

Arguably the magnum opus of the Fallout series, Fallout New Vegas combines the incredible storytelling and roleplaying aspects of the early fallout titles, with the improved graphics and gunplay of Bethesda's efforts to create of the seminal RPG's of the previous decade.

In New Vegas, the player takes control of a courier who has been left for dead and has to do their best to navigate a post-apocalyptic wasteland, inhabited by a variety of mutated monsters, and unfriendly tribespeople, all in the pursuit of reaching the Vegas strip, that has remained largely untouched by the horrors of nuclear war with the vast corruption and depravity so commonly associated with Vegas intact.

In such an ethicless world, one would assume that the primary objective would be to comprise to a permanent end just about everyone the player comes across.

However, the game offers gamers the option to circumnavigate just about every hostile situation with a nonviolent solution, and the games main questline can be finished without killing a single person.
