7. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

Thousands have already lost themselves for possibly hundreds of hours in the world of Skyrim but we'd do it all again in a next-gen experience. There's no doubt that an Elder Scrolls 6 will be coming in the future at some point, but that's going to take years yet - imagine standing atop a mountain and drinking in the sights with true next-gen graphics. Sure you might have already done something similar on PC, but not all of us have such a machine, and stick by our consoles as the platform of choice. Of course some pretty big tweaks by Bethesda would probably have to be done to make this a reality, but backwards-flying dragons and other bizarre glitches are all part of the Bethesda game experience. Could do without the giant Frostbite spiders in HD mind. Those things were freaky enough as it is. Fus ro dah'ing in super HD though? Oh yes.
