10 Completely Pointless Video Game Details (That Will Blow Your Mind)

7. The Eyes Of Horses In Assassin's Creed: Origins Reflect The World

The latest entry in Assassin's Creed has been a resounding return to form for the series. Spending an extra year to get things just right, it seems that the developers in charge of creating a lifelike world for the game haven't squandered the additional resources at their disposal, using them to create one of the most breathtakingly detailed sandboxes the franchise has ever seen.

There are a bunch of little details that you probably missed while playing the game, from the way the sand interacts with the wind to the direction of the water influencing your swimming speed, but some are so minute that it's a mystery why the time was put into creating them at all.

By far the craziest feature is that the eyes of animals, in particular horses and camels, actually reflect the world if you look close enough. It's only a static image, but if you zoom in while using the photo mode you'll be able to see the shine of the world in their eyeballs, reflecting where the player is standing.
