10 Craftable Video Game Items BETTER Than Legendary Loot

Aside from alchemy, Baldur's Gate 3 doesn't offer much in terms of crafting. Proper smithing and enchanting aren't really a thing, although there are a few instances where your party can craft their own items by interacting with select objects in the world.

The rarity of these opportunities is no coincidence, as the items you craft in this manner are usually incomparably powerful artifacts, the best example of which is the Adamantine set you can craft in Act 1 of the game.

By following the clues in the Underdark, you can discover a secret Adamantine Forge that is capable of crafting items out of the rare material known as mithral.

There are two sources of mithral in the area, and if you combine them with the right forge moulds that are also scattered nearby, you can craft up to two Adamatine items.

The most powerful of them are the Adamantine armors that will likely carry you all the way through Act 2 and even beyond, thanks to their damage reduction, great armor class, and the amazing property of making you immune to critical hits.

Now that's the kind of quality that you can only get from a lava-powered forge the size of a building!
