Of course the only thing that could take the top spot from a literal slab of meat is the combo of Saints Row and a literal toilet.

There’s really no better place to go for the weirdest crap in video games than a Saints Row game, especially the third instalment, proven here by the playable toilet. Don’t worry if you feel you’ll be hardly done by playing as a toilet, either, you can car-jack vehicles, shoot, run, and do all the regular things you could do in non-toilet form. Simply complete the game and a toilet avatar is within your grasp. And if you want to give that toilet a dildo bat to weild, well, more power to you, viewer.

The costume is briefly available earlier in the game in a story mission, but if you wanna go full-time porcelain throne, just know that’s totally doable.
