2. Scott City - Fallout Tactics

The Fallout franchise gave fans several truly despicable warlords who tried to take over the American wasteland for a whole host of reasons. Some of the most diabolical leaders tend to be robotic in nature, such as New Vegas' overlord Mr. House, or the Enclave's AI President John Henry Eden.

But a classic Fallout overlord many don't know about was Fallout tactics introduction of The Calculator, a biological AI inside Vault 0 who was poorly constructed, turning the AI into Fallout's own version of Skynet, with the sole goal of wiping out all life in the Wasteland, what little life there was left that is.

The player encounters some of The Calculator's truly horrific plans when they visit the town of Scott City in the remains of the state of Kansas. On the outside, Scott city looks rather peaceful, a small settlement with a large factory area and some pesky robots defending the place. However, as the player explores this city they begin to discover that the entire city has been turned into one giant prison for humans, ghouls, and super mutants.

As the player explores more of this city, they begin to discover certain areas that are littered with piles of human corpses, each showing signs of torture and experimentation. Many have had their brains removed for study by the calculator's robotic army.

It's a truly horrific find and is a massive incentive for the player to stop the Calculator even if they wish they had never been there.
